Yes..that is our Radio Station. “RADIO VANUATU”. The female voice you recorded was Marie Noel Kaltak she was doing a Pacific musical Program. We have two SW frequencies 5040 and 3945. We broadcast from 6am till 10pm daily with program produced locally in Bislama.
